Rainbows came out after the rain on Thursday, July 30th for our first Rosé in the Roses. Thank you to our Auxiliary Board Chairs Eliza Fraser and Katy McCrory for gathering such a brilliant group of supporters to the Jay Estate for a beautiful summer pop-up wine-tasting and tours of both the Jay Mansion and the gardens. The evening was a celebration of community, history, and philanthropy. Guests learned about ongoing and future restoration projects and signed up to help out as volunteers for future events.
A few showers didn’t dampen spirits and guests made it through the gardens all the way to the rose arbor. All proceeds from the event will directly benefit JHC and its mission-driven programming like our workshops with the Blue Skies campers.
