Water quality matters in Westchester! On Thursday, May 18th, NY Assemblyman Steve Otis and Environmental Facilities Corporation President/CEO Sabrina Ty and her senior EFC staff held an important workshop for municipalities at the Jay Heritage Center which overlooks Long Island Sound.
Attendees from Rye, Mamaroneck, Harrison and more learned that
■ Applications are currently being solicited for the 3rd round of grant funding, with $225 million for clean water and drinking water projects.
■ Under the Clean Water Infrastructure Act of 2017, an additional $150 million for the newly created Intermunicipal Grant Program (IMG), is available with $30 million to be distributed in the 2017 round.
