JHC Welcomes New Trustee, Aileen Burdick

The Jay Heritage Center is thrilled to welcome its newest trustee, Aileen Burdick:

Aileen Burdick lives in Rye, NY, with her husband and four children. Since leaving Wall Street for motherhood, she has held various volunteer positions at Milton School and Rye Country Day School as well as the Rye Free Reading Room Auxiliary. She has also served as a PREP teacher at Resurrection Church. She currently serves on the Board of the Food & Environment Reporting Network (FERN). FERN is an independent, nonprofit news organization that produces award-winning, high-impact investigative and explanatory reporting on food, agriculture, and environmental health. Aileen enjoys reading, yoga, organic gardening, and occasionally loves to cook. She is passionate about food being nutritious and satisfying.
